The Refund Policy
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met.
Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment solution used by the customer during the initial purchase. Refunds for credit card transactions will be issued to the same credit card used for the payment. Note that refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card company.

If all these conditions are met, please ship your products to us using a registered courier service, and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments of the damaged products. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
