Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method: Our standard shipping method delivers products within 1-2 working days. We provide the option of cash on delivery (COD) for added customer convenience.

2. Shipping Costs: We provide free delivery for orders over 100 AED, while a standard fee of 10 AED applies to orders below this amount within the UAE. All shipping cost details are provided to customers during the checkout process.

3. Make sure to keep the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer

4. Delivery Timeframes: Our delivery time within the UAE is 1 to 2 working days (depending on the time of purchase and check-out). Occasionally, delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, but our team will promptly inform you of any such updates.

Process of Delivery

We only provide delivery in the countries where we sell our products. You can provide us with your address and have the products delivered to your doorstep.

Please note that the timescales for online deliveries may vary depending on the products ordered, your address, and the delivery service.

We will deliver the products to the address you have provided with the estimated delivery time mentioned in the confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the estimated timeline for any reason, we will promptly provide you with an updated schedule. You will also be notified once the order has been dispatched to ensure a smooth delivery. 

If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present to receive the products at the scheduled time, our delivery service will contact you to re-arrange the delivery.

Once the ordered products are delivered to the designated address, you will be responsible for all risks associated with them (including risks of loss or damage). Delivery may be postponed or interrupted due to factors beyond our control, such as material shortages, supply chain disruptions, or unexpected surges in demand. While we will make every effort to keep you informed, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery failures.
